High school and club: Three-time All-Concorde Distirct. Washington Post All-Metro honorable mention and All-Examiner as a senior. Virginia H.S. Coaches Association Senior All-Star Game 2007. The Wildcats were Northern Region runners-up 2005, region semifinalists 2004 and 2006 and district champions 2004-07. Also ran track and earned All-America honors, was three-time all-state, all-region and all-district and two-time Washington Post All-Metro. State runner-up and district champion in 500 meters as a junior and two-time regional 500 champion. Ran on state champion 800-meter relay as a senior. |
