Torres has spent the last four years coaching some of and against the best players in the world in NWSL with the Washington Spirit. His main role at the Spirit was that as a Technical Assistant Coach, including field, video analysis and player management. He was also an Associate General Manager, and was responsible for player scouting/talent identification, agent interaction and contract negotiation. Prior Tom spent 10 years with D.C. United. Predominantly, his focus was to guide academy players to the first team, but over time, his experience evolved into work with the First Team under former Head Coach Ben Olsen and international experience with the French Football Federation and extensive work with Inter Milan.
