Coached youth futsal and soccer in the Northern Virginia area for over ten years. He is excited to bring his passion and love of futsal to Arlington’s futsal program. Grady has coached competitive boys and girls futsal teams ranging from U9-U19. Beyond youth futsal, Grady also has professional soccer coaching experience. He remains involved with NOVA FC’s USL II and MASL 3 teams where he has previously served as Head Coach. He has also worked as a part of D.C. United’s physical preparation coaching staff. 
Playing Experience: As a player, Grady represented the United States Futsal National team from 2011-2012. He also played professional area soccer in the Major Indoor Soccer League for teams such as the Rochester Lancers from 2011-2012 and Baltimore Blast in 2010. Grady played his collegiate soccer at Penn State University.  
Coaching Licenses: Grady holds a United States Soccer Federation - A Senior license as well as a United States Youth Futsal - Level III license. He also holds a certificate from West Ham Football Club’s International Coaching Academy. As a player, Grady represented the United States Futsal National team from 2011-2012. He also played professional area soccer in the Major Indoor Soccer League for teams such as the Rochester Lancers from 2011-2012 and Baltimore Blast in 2010. Grady played his collegiate soccer at Penn State University.
